My Story
Whether you are navigating life's complexities or processing emotions, my goal is to provide a safe, comfortable environment to work towards self discovery, healing, and growth. While I work with clients across the life span who are facing a variety of different challenges, I am especially passionate about grief work and end of life care. I also enjoy working with clients on other issues such as anxiety, life transitions, women's issues, and caregiver burnout.

I offer a compassionate presence to clients, while encouraging growth and working towards goals. I utilize a combination of therapeutic approaches to develop a treatment plan that meets your needs. My approach is predominantly rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered, strengths-based, and mindfulness.

I have been working the social services field since 2011 with clients across the lifespan in various settings including outpatient mental health, hospice, hospital, schools, and addictions counseling. I graduated with a master's degree in Social Work in 2018, and have been a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) since 2019.
