About

I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where you feel safe, supported, and challenged to investigate the dynamics of life. I’m passionate about helping people learn to navigate life with compassion, unconditional positive regard, and evidence-based interventions. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, learning to forgive, working to improve a relationship, struggling with your mental health/illness, or seeking guidance, I’m here to help you explore your experiences to find healing and growth.

I’m currently completing my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at Tennessee State University. I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with severe mental illnesses or involved in the criminal justice system. My journey has taken me through various roles, from psychodiagnostics testing/assessment, providing individual/group therapy and conducting competency to stand trial evaluations. My broad range of experience has deepened my commitment to this work.

Outside of my clinical work, I’m actively involved in the community. I founded a non-profit, RE: solution, based in Lewisburg, TN to address inequitable access rural communities have to necessary care. Within the organization I’ve led initiatives to support education, promote social justice, engage in violence interruption, and improve overall community well-being.

I look forward to working together and helping you on your journey toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
