One of the most important relationships in your life to maintain is
the one with yourself. When we are not in a healthy relationship with
ourselves, how we engage with others and our lived experience can
produce struggle and harm. Sometimes when our needs go unmet we go
outside of our boundaries and safety to meet them. At other times the
condition of the world, family, and friends add stress to our daily
lives.
